Trend Salon GUARANTEES all services with a “2-week customer satisfaction policy!” If for any reason you need your hair adjusted please contact us, and we will make any adjustment FREE of charge! That’s our commitment to you!
Cancelation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. Therefore, we do require a credit card to reserve your appointment. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No Shows/No Calls will result in a full charge for the appointment schedule. Appointment(s) scheduled for same day services are locked in and cannot be canceled.
